Lift Me Up — Faith-Rest Drill Blog

When I was younger I heard a lot of things like “don’t quit your day job” or “what did you do with all the money your mother gave you for music lessons”. At some point, I realized that most of those people were petty and jealous and didn’t want me to quit my day job and take their gig or they didn’t want to pay a fare wage for my labor. Thank God all I every wanted to do was serve Him. From a very young age I believed. Not just that Jesus is my Savior but that He called me to be what I am today. I’m not there yet but I am moving in the right direction. Through all my poor decisions and failures God has found a way to get me to where I am today. “Lift Me Up” is an album comprised of original songs that came from the heart, mind, and soul of a group of musicians that truly love the Lord. Listen to this CD all the way through a few times and you’ll hear what I know. It will encourage and inspire you to want to serve the Lord with gladness. I believe the Lord has blessed everyone that has had a part in producing this work. Let Him bless you. W.
